AdventureQuest anyone?

Some where in the two weeks of free time I have between my fellowship and grad school, I have become addicted to a Flash-based single player RPG. While I am not really entertained by this game, I keep coming back for more every day.

Anyone have any suggestions for another free rpg (online or for macs)?
As a note: I’m a veteran Guild Wars player and a lifetime ago I played Everquest.

I’ll take what anyone throws at me either via comment to this post or via email [arthur(at)lazyrussian(dot)com]

FacePAD: Facebook Photo Album Downloader (New Extension!)

Heya Everyone,

It’s finally time to release a new extension, and this one is as simple, intuitive, and necessary as Email This!

FacePAD, better known as the Facebook Photo Album Downloader will allow you to download your friends’ facebook albums en masse with the click of a button.

To download photos from an album, right-click (with your mouse) on the name/link of a facebook album and click the Download Album with FacePAD option. If you did this properly, a Javascript Popup will appear telling you to wait a moment while it initiates the download process. Press OK and the photos will be downloaded to Firefox’s default download directory.

Note
1. FacePAD is compatible with Firefox 2.0+, & 3.0+, and Flock.
2. This extension was originally developed by Nic Holliday. I took the liberty of updating this extension for Firefox 3 since he didn’t. I also cleaned up the source code and plan on adding better download management capabilities in the near future.

Download
Download from Lazyrussian – Version 0.5
Download from Mozilla – Version 0.5 (This add-on is still in the “Sand-Box”)

Since the add-on is still in Mozilla’s sandbox, you’ll have to login/register an account with Mozilla (free). It should be up within 24 hours for public (non-registered-user) download.

Enjoy!

Extension Updates Coming Tomorrow!

Heya,

A quick compatibility update to Email This! is coming tomorrow morning and so is a totally new extension. Well, the new extension is just being updated to FF3, because the original developer decided not to do it himself.

Expect two posts tomorrow morning.
